From Junior to Jedi is an initiative designed for our colleagues in trainee and junior positions. It's a series of talks and resources, provided by associates and managers from different directions of SoftServe, covering a wide range of topics from soft and tech skills to sharing their success stories. The purpose is to help our trainees and juniors to boost the beginning of their careers and support their professional growth.
An initiative for non-delivery associates to provide a better understanding of the delivery world and processes. The initiative inspired other locations to create their own versions of IT for Non-IT.
SoftServe Connect is a new program for Bulgaria that aims to connect professionals within the same job fields and all the other people who are interested in them. It's a space for everyone to share ideas, expertise and a reason to connect with the co-workers. SoftServe Connect includes a series of organized events for the specific job families and beyond.
We conducted five targeted onboarding mentoring sessions throughout the year, enriching newcomers' understanding of the mentorship program.
Created in 2020 to accommodate for the new virtual learning reality, it now hosts 114 recorded sessions, ranging from The Talks to IT for Non-IT, and more.
