The goal of Soft Skills stream is to raise awareness about the importance of soft skills and bring together individuals passionate about self-development.
This stream has achieved a 150% engagement rate, attracting 30 associates on waitlists, which is impressive for the sessions on technical topics. Notably, the program has saved $1250 in costs across five groups compared to traditional instructor-led training on the same issues.
This stream helped to increase the engagement in the courses covered within the initiative by 288%. On average, the courses completion rate almost doubled after the initiative (taking into account only the courses covered within the chatty learners community).
