An annual conference to inspire and recognize learning contributors at SoftServe, this year it became a place to analyze the changes facing our teams and exchange the best practices about corporate support, resilience, and mutual appreciation.
This year we deep dived into the questions and topics with our internal SoftServe's experts and invited external speakers from Udemy:
What are the main business changes and what do they mean for L&D Professionals
What are the opportunities and challenges related to AI in L&D
Which skills will be valued in the workplace in the upcoming years
Traditionally, the #ENGAGEDUCATE conference becomes a platform to announce and recognize the best learning contributors. Above all, a special recognition and the Learning Innovator Award goes to the strategic thinker and doer who’ve implemented a learning innovation.
