To provide our associates with more possibilities to gain Big Data competency in close cooperation with SMEs from Big Data Group we designed 5 new self-paced learning solutions focused on deep dive into main Big Data technologies, namely Python Core Learning Path for Big Data, Apache Spark Learning Path for Big Data, SQL Beginner level Learning Path for Big Data, Database and DWH Developer Learning Path for Big Data, Airflow Learning Path for Big Data.

GENERATIVE AI LEARNING SOLUTION

Within Data Science competency, the main focus in 2023 was on development learning solutions on AI technologies, ensuring participants are well-equipped to innovate and lead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. In close cooperation with the Data Science group in 2023 we launched the Generative AI Learning solution.

The Generative AI Learning Solution is a complex of learning items, that are meticulously designed to empower SoftServe professionals, including software developers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and machine learning engineers, with advanced knowledge and skills in Generative AI.

AMAZON BEDROCK RAMP-UP PROGRAM

Additionally, we launched the Amazon Bedrock Ramp-up program, designed to provide an in-depth, practical understanding of how to leverage Amazon Bedrock and associated technologies for creating advanced Generative AI solutions.

AI ELEMENTS: VIDEO LEARNING JOURNEY

One more achievement in cooperation with the Data Science Group in 2023 was the launch of video-course AI Elements: Video Learning Journey - a comprehensive curriculum with 6 parts of video course with presentations. The AI Elements course provides a solid understanding of AI's role in business and makes an intro into the AI & ML technology world for the broad audience.

In 2023 we launched 3 customized retrainings on different topics. All customized retrainings in 2023 were organized in a blended learning approach combining Udemy Business learning courses + sessions with trainers.

RETRAINING ON GO FOR A TEAM OF WEBUI AND PHP ENGINEERS

Team had a need to be retrained on Go since there was a change of main programming language on the project. The retraining was organized in a blended-learning format that combined self-learning materials and Q&A sessions with a trainer.

RETRAINING ON REACT FOR ANGULAR DEVELOPERS

Developers from Reserve in Romania had to be retrained to React to be staffed for new projects. During 2 months of blended learning associates gained all the needed theoretical knowledge and practical skills and successfully conducted a demo-session of their own React application.
