HIGHLIGHT OF THE YEAR

E-learning team in 2023 kept a strategic focus on incorporating AI technologies, including AI voice and characters, and this increased our productivity by +45% in e-learning courses development and +75% in media production for blended trainings. 

Additionally, a key highlight was the significant strides made in enhancing the accessibility features of our e-learning content, so we produced first company-wide online trainings in inclusive and innovative learning formats: DEI, Occupational Health and Safety Training, Cultural Intelligence quiz.
