The partnership program with GTO aims to provide fundamental staffing knowledge and skills to Delivery hiring managers, emphasizing company best practices. This year's focus was on creating the Hiring Manager Fundamentals playlist and enhancing trainings. Leadership Assimilation Program

Customized Leadership Assimilation Program was conducted for the local teams in Mexico and Colombia per Country Managers’ requests. Thanks to our collaboration with the Leadership Experience team, mid to senior level leaders embarked on a transformative journey, became more aware of the SoftServe leadership culture, and developed leadership behaviors critical for their roles.
