This year's focus was on creating the Hiring Manager Fundamentals playlist and enhancing trainings. The playlist covers topics such as the staffing process, collaboration logic, candidate selection, cost-saving tips, and practical recommendations.
The program provides a helicopter view of SoftServe's corporate culture, company values and principles, structure and capabilities, connecting company leaders and revealing their role models, giving an opportunity to network and exchange experiences.
