With a 30% team growth, we expanded our capacity to address all learning needs and deliver impactful solutions.
2023 was a year of growth, innovation, and dedication for the Learning Solutions Architects team at SoftServe University, setting the stage for continued excellence in the dynamic field of learning solutions.
Knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill Learning Solutions Architects on L&D trends and their key competencies. Topics: "How to make ineffective blended learning", "Three whales of public speaking", "Design for how people learn", "Social learning", "PM processes for L&D projects", "Learning in stress", Pillars of stakeholder management", "Interactive activities in learning".
SoftServe University, in collaboration with the Accessibility Team, organized training for learning professionals and contributors. The focus was on educating about the importance and key elements of digital accessibility in education. Together, we identified 50 specific accessibility guidelines for Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Solutions Architects, and the E-learning team.
Onboarding Learning Solutions Architects includes a ramp-up program with mentoring support. Sessions cover "Learning Science," "Learning Needs and Learner Analysis," and the process of design, development, and implementation of learning solutions, along with evaluation.
The workshop targeted SoftServe University Managers, Learning Solutions Architects, Learning Partners, and the Center of Learning Excellence. It emphasized two crucial topics: "Impact-focused Learning & Development" and "Effective Collaboration."
