COACHING WEEK 2023 "EMPOWERING LEADERS
IN AN ERA OF UNCERTAINTY THROUGH BUSINESS COACHING"

Throughout this week, leaders developed their leadership skills, exploring critical topics like leader identity, measuring success in the new reality, polarity management, power sources, and transforming client relationships. With effective tools, they built resilience, strengthened adaptability, reinforced leadership capabilities, and gained insights for the future.

Guided by experienced coaches from the USA, Netherlands, and Ukraine, leaders delved into trending topics. Special guest Barry Johnson, founder of the polarity concept, shared fundamental principles during Coaching Week. We were also pleased to collaborate with a coach from our partner, Better Up.
