In collaboration with the Certification Center, Center of Learning Excellence, ESM IT, we have implemented a new certification request system. Now, every employee can initiate the certification process by simply creating a ticket in HelpDesk, streamlining the entire certification request procedure.
In 2023, we revamped our preparation resources and introduced new guides to enhance the learning experience. Our comprehensive guide now consolidates all necessary information in one place, replacing our previous tutorials. We are committed to providing personal support and facilitating the certification process to ensure each employee's journey is more convenient and efficient.
Throughout 2023, there is a consistent demand for foundational Google Cloud certifications, notably Cloud Digital Leader (32% of the total) for non-technical professionals, and Associate Cloud Engineer (30%) for technical roles. The Google Cloud Architect certification holds the third position in popularity. This trend is also evident in educational resource inquiries, where Cloud Digital Leader takes the leading position, and the top five is rounded out by Associate Cloud Engineer.

This highlights a consistent interest in acquiring essential AWS knowledge, with Cloud Practitioner being the foundational certification and Solution Architect Associate representing a mid-level certification.
Training programs, ranging from 4 to 9 weeks and led by experienced AWS trainers, are designed to impart the knowledge necessary for obtaining AWS accreditation and skills badges. Participants acquire proficiency in a variety of AWS skills, adequately preparing them for the AWS certification exam.
The breakdown of candidates based on certification levels indicates that a significant number of individuals favour attaining Azure Fundamentals (23%) and Azure Administrator (17%) certifications from Microsoft. Similarly, among requests for learning resources, the dynamics remain consistent. This pattern can be linked to the increasing need for cloud computing expertise across diverse industries.
