Throughout a 10-month campaign, we provided associates with diverse learning formats, moving away from one-time mandatory training. This included interactive video series, Confluence articles, and knowledge-check quizzes, developed in collaboration with the Corporate Data Governance & HR Marketing teams.
Additionally, we conducted 5 interviews with individuals who excelled in all three challenging quizzes during the campaign. The aim was to gain insights into their practical application of acquired expertise.
This year, Associates had the chance to demonstrate their awareness of Information Security policies through a quicker, hands-on Quiz. Passing the quiz confirms up-to-date knowledge, eliminating the need for a 3-hour training material review.

45-minute interactive course. It offers enhanced learning with engaging visuals, structured content, and a practical assessment. Real SoftServe cases are incorporated for effective examples in handling HIPAA-related breaches.
