In 2023 Learning and Talent Development Consulting service was launched to support leaders with creating and implementing a talent development strategy, developing a learning culture, as well as identifying business, organizational and leadership challenges.
The service has been greatly appreciated by the leaders who have used it, as it helped them plan their budget by investing in relevant, recommended learning solutions. It has also saved leaders a considerable amount of time as they did not have to reach out to various departments to support them from the developmental perspective or look through dozens of learning solutions themselves.
The sessions have been organized for all the consultants to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the key L&D consultant competencies. Each session was devoted to one of the following competencies: Data Collection Methods, Information Visualization & Effective Presentation, Importance of Ethics, Influencing, Negotiation & Persuasion, Assertiveness, Leading Changes, Creativity for a Consultant, Coaching Skills.
