Every ADDLP and DDLP participant has committed at least 50 hours to active learning activities while tackling group challenges – company-specific practical cases curated by SoftServe experts. To implement this approach successfully this year, approximately 20 seasoned delivery leaders have provided supervision as challenge owners and conducted intervision sessions as challenge masters.

ROADMAP TO LEADERSHIP

For current and future leaders in Corporate Functions like HR, Marketing, Finance, GTO, GDL, IT, or Admin Teams, this program enhances leadership skills. It focuses on self-awareness, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen.

QC LEADS PROGRAM

The Program targets knowledge gaps in QC engineers, preparing them for leadership roles. Performance feedback from Project Managers highlighted key areas like Metrics, Test Planning, and Communication, with 67% of team members initially having knowledge gaps. After completing the program, 64% of graduates addressed these gaps, improving their proficiency.
