Our well-being indicator decreased from 78 points at the end of 2022 to 71 points by the end of 2023, aligning with the overall trend in the tech industry. Despite this, our score is notably high, especially when compared to the industry averages of 64 in 2022 and 60 in 2023. This places us in the top 5% of the industry benchmark.
This month was devoted to helping us strengthen ourselves emotionally, stay level-headed, be productive, and ultimately 'Stay Charged' with a wide range of helpful resources and activities. This year, we placed even greater emphasis on local initiatives, both online and offline.
Prevention is better than dealing with consequences. Our Psychological Support service aims to develop emotional stability, prevent burnout, improve team communication, foster trust, and nurture creativity, empathy, and emotional intelligence. These initiatives result in increased team productivity and overall business effectiveness.
