In 2023, one in ten SoftServe associates participated in at least one soft skills program. The majority were newly promoted or aspiring leaders in Delivery or Corporate Functions. Additionally, 23% of company Strategic Leaders engaged in soft skills learning activities. The most sought-after topics included Change Management, Strategic Mindset, Planning & Productivity, and Resilience Development.

Soft skills programs are an umbrella of various learning formats (trainings, workshops, courses, programs) focused on mastering soft skills and boosting personal effectiveness and leadership within SoftServe associates.

It covers various topics to cater to a diverse range of learners. The goal of Soft Skills stream is to raise awareness about the importance of soft skills and bring together individuals passionate about self-development.

PUBLIC SPEAKING SOLUTIONS

The public speaking learning solutions this year were conducted through both online and offline platforms. The most favored courses included the Public Speaking Fundamentals and Presentation Mastery.
